Your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time.

Your selected time must include:

• set-up

• shooting time

• pack-down

Late arrival will reduce your available studio time.

Overtime is subject to availability and must be requested before or during your session.

Late pack-down is charged at £25 per 30 minutes.

Minimum booking duration is 2 hours.

Studio hire is space-only (no photographer included).

Our team may occasionally require access to the main studio door

We kindly ask all guests to treat the studio, furniture, props and equipment with care.

The studio must be left in the condition it was found.

Please dispose of all rubbish and return any moved furniture or props to their original position before the end of your booking.

Food and drink may be consumed in the kitchen area only.

If any food, drink or debris is dropped on the floor, it must be cleaned promptly to maintain the cleanliness of the space.

Outdoor shoes must be removed before walking on studio floors. Shoe covers are available at the entrance if required.

Clean indoor shoes may be worn for photography and videography purposes.

Outdoor shoes must not be worn on the infinity cove or private jet set under any circumstances.

Any damage, staining or breakages will be charged accordingly.

The Editorial Suite is a professional environment.

We reserve the right to end a booking early if behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe or disrespectful to the space or others.

• Guests are responsible for the behaviour of anyone attending their booking.

• Noise levels must remain respectful of neighbouring businesses.

• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Late arrivals will reduce your studio time

• No-shows will be charged in full

• Missed package sessions will be deducted from the remaining balance

• Any damage, excessive cleaning or breach of studio guidelines during a package session may result in costs being deducted from the remaining package balance

• Single-session bookings require a £50 refundable security deposit, returned once the studio has been inspected

• If the studio is not left in its original condition, the deposit may be retained to cover cleaning, repairs or damages

• Please lift furniture when moving, do not drag

• Do not attempt to move heavy or delicate items without assistance

• Props and furniture must be returned to their original position

• Any damage caused will be charged accordingly

The Editorial Suite is not responsible for loss, damage or injury to personal belongings or individuals while in the studio.

All guests use the studio at their own risk.
